Bronwyn James has over 25 years’ experience as a development professional, with interests in poverty alleviation, biodiversity conservation and social justice. She has worked as a researcher, and in non-government and state sectors.
Nerosha Govender brings 18 years’ of experience in designing and implementing rural livelihoods programmes across non-governmental and state sectors. She is passionate about youth development.
Nobuhle Mdletshe is an experienced community development practitioner who specialises in programmes for informal sector businesses and youth. She is dedicated to making a difference in people’s lives.
Zakithi Xulu is a recent accounting graduate with a passion for business. She is eager to build her skills and knowledge to drive growth and contribute to our informal sector business programme.
Simphiwe Mhlanga works part-time with our youth programme, and facilitates career guidance in schools. She is enrolled for a PGCE and aims to become a high school teacher.
For project specific work we contract professionals in our network, which includes business mentors, psychologists and subject experts, like ecologists.
